  Asset Aggregations:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, design and development of Asset Aggregations as a meaningful and direct alternative to conventional securitization practices

  Real-time Risk Rating™:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, design and development of the Real-time Risk Rating System as the basis to credit/risk rate individual credits with near real-time adjustment and update

  PLUS 2 Programs:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, design and development of the PLUS 2 Program™ and PLUS 2 Distressed Program™ as the basis to organize and support the bulk disposition of both performing as well as non-performing loans within a scalable framework

  Emergent Valuations™:  Responsible for the conceptualization of Emergent Valuations and part of a team involved in the structuring, design, application and commercialization of this asset valuation model for evaluating collateral assets

  CPC Exchange [MTF]:  One of an international team of technology and credit specialists currently involved in the  development, launch and commercialization of a regulated financial exchange for the listing and trade of Master Credit Participation Certificates or CPCs

  CVRDN:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, development and commercialization of the Collateralized Variable Rate Demand Note [CVRDN] as a cash-equivalent instrument that may be applied to support of Asset Aggregations as a true and better alternative to securitization practices.

MVRDN:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, development and commercialization of the Managed Variable Rate Demand Note [MVRDN] as a cash-equivalent instrument and functional replacement for a Collateralized Fund Obligation or warehousing facility

  RTAF:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, design and development of the Reserved Tender Advance Facility [RTAF] as an alternative form of credit enhancement of certain debt instruments 

  Shari'ah Compliant Products:  Responsible for the invention, structuring, design and development of a variety of Shari'ah compliant financial products, inclusive of:

      The Shari'ah Compliant Passive Investment Unit
      The Inter-bank Alliance cooperative enhancement structure
      The Shari'ah Compliant Financial Services Card

  Pre-shipment Finance:  Responsible for the invention, structuring and commercialization of a "reverse forfaiting" mechanism that provided a new method of pre-shipment finance for mid-market, export and trading companies.
